כִּֽי־הֶ֭חֱרַשְׁתִּי בָּל֣וּ עֲצָמָ֑י בְּ֝שַׁאֲגָתִ֗י כָּל־הַיּֽוֹם׃
Nang ako'y nanahimik, naupos ang aking mga buto dahil sa aking pag-ungal buong araw.
